We had a great time here, lovely cottage!  Mountain biking and the tree top adventure at Whinlatter Forest was fab :)  The Hayloft is a great location to explore the Lakes.  We had an amazing time doing Ghyll scrambling with Crag Adventures.  We look forward to visiting again soon.

Thank you for making this the loveliest place for us to make our goodbyes after living these 4 years in Europe.  Loved your friendliness and gorgeous gardens.  Loved being so close to the Lakes, seaside and Hadrian's Wall.  It was a perfect almost-two-weeks.  I hope we can come back again someday.  All the best in your new lives here in paradise.

A fab week in The Hayloft.  We have enjoyed our visit to the Lakes.  The cottage is a lovely base, very comfortable.  The garden is beautiful, lovely to look out on every day.  We enjoyed quite a few walks, the one around Rydal Water a favourite and finally got to the Lakeland Cheese shop in Aspatria, amazing cheese and so cheap there!  We hope to stay again, maybe next year.

What a beauty this cottage is!  The owners, Julie and  Nick, are wonderful and very friendly and helpful.  The cottage is lovely and cosy with everything you need and a wonderful base to explore the nearby lakes and countryside.  We very much hope to return someday.
