The bedroom has a king size bed to sleep two people with room for a baby's cot, if required. A separate bathroom provides a bath with a power shower and a toilet. All floors are polished pine with rugs and much of the original stone walls have been retained. The upstairs ceilings are lofted with exposed beams. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, electric cooker, hob and washer/dryer. The freezer is located in a storage cupboard. There is television in the lounge. All linen (but not facecloths), oil fired central heating and electricity are included in the cost. There is also an iron and ironing board. Windows look out onto the gravel courtyard and lawn area with gently rising ground behind with a small deciduous wood. On arrival there will be enough tea, coffee and sugar to get you started No smoking is allowed in the premises
